On Friday, 15 August 2025, our school held a special Flag Ceremony to commemorate Indonesia’s Independence Day. This memorable event was joined by students, teachers, and staff from TKK PLUS PENABUR, SDK PLUS PENABUR, SMPK PLUS PENABUR and SMAK PLUS PENABUR Cirebon, creating a wonderful atmosphere of unity and pride.

The ceremony began with the raising of the Red and White flag, accompanied by the national anthem Indonesia Raya. Students stood with respect and sang proudly, expressing their love for the country. The event continued with prayers and reflections, reminding everyone of the sacrifices of the nation’s heroes and the importance of preserving independence through discipline, unity, and dedication.

Thank you to the Grade 6 students of SDK Plus Penabur and the students of SMPK Plus Penabur Cirebon for their wonderful choir performance, as well as to the Paskibraka team from SMAK Plus Penabur Cirebon for their dedication and support.

Through this flag ceremony, students were encouraged to strengthen their spirit of nationalism and gratitude. It was not only a moment of honoring the nation’s history but also a chance to build a stronger bond between the two schools in celebrating Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day.
